INCEPTION

We prefer that our introductory meeting be at the actual premises of the project. The Site and Context thereof are one of our main drivers from which we make our design decisions. We focus on the needs of our clients by asking the right questions to collect as much information as possible. We form a holistic view first to create our proposals, which synergistically merge the needs of the client with the Site.

CONCEPT DESIGN
& VIABILITY

We start by doing an in-depth analysis of the Site and Context to optimally align the needs of the Client with the properties of the Site. We create Three-Dimensional Building Information Models (BIM) from the start to really resolve the challenges of each project. This enables us to present a holistic proposal, where the client can really experience our designs and be able properly test the viability of the proposal. This is made possible by the amount of detail we build into our models at the concept stage already.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

This stage serves to address the feedback from our clients and to further develop the project into a level of detail from which we can rapidly produce Technical Documentation for submission to Local Authorities and Costing. We are constantly in contact with our clients during this stage to ensure that their needs are addressed optimally. The amount of effort we put into this stage allows us to minimize risk for all parties involved, because of the level of technical resolution contained in our proposals.

We believe that building a strong team of consultants, who all have the vision of a beautifully executed end product, is paramount to the success of every project. We focus on resolving all technical aspects of the project with a strong focus on co-ordination between all stakeholders. We oversee the assimilation of all tender documentation, statutory documentation, quantities and final costing of the project to ensure our clients have a transparent view of the project before we progress to Construction.

We oversee the assimilation and issuing of all required documentation in order for the client to take occupation of their new property. We inspect every millimetre of the project to ensure that we and the client are satisfied with a high-quality end product as promised since inception.
